About Us

Bill Houston Concrete, Inc. was established by Bill and Linda Houston in 1978 as Houston Concrete Construction, and as the company grew, we incorporated in 1983. David Houston joined in 1994 and was made part-owner ten years later. Debbie Elrod has been with us since 1995 as the office manager and is an invaluable asset. Jim King is our sales manager and Alison Brunasso heads up the accounting department. Juan Barboza has been with us 17 years, and is in charge of field operations.

We specialize in industrial and commercial work, contracting with the customer directly. We are prosperous today due to good business management and the loyal support of customers who count on us to get the job done right, on-time, and within budget. That devotion to customer satisfaction, which was the cornerstone of BHCC, Inc. back in 1978 is still the key principle on which we base all our customer relations today.

BHCC, Inc. is based in Spring, Texas and services the entire state of Texas. We carry Workers' Compensation and general liability insurance.
